Dip-coated fibreglass fabric for exterior roller blinds and zip-screen systems. 17 colours, up to 3200 mm wide.

Same dip-coated construction in four colours, for projects where daylight matters more than maximum glare control.

PVC is compounded in house in Xintai, Tai'an, so formulation and colour consistency are controlled batch by batch.
Available across all 17 colours of the 3% range, so most blind widths can be railroaded.
French M1 (NF P 92-503) and US NFPA 701 Method 2, reports available on request.

Why buyers specify this fabric
Blind manufacturers and zip-screen system suppliers need reproducible fabric: the same weight, the same colour and the same fire performance batch after batch.
PVC is drawn into each fiberglass yarn during coating, so the coating follows the weave and cut edges stay clean under crush or ultrasonic cutting.
Both classifications are held on SGS reports for the fabric as supplied, with the report numbers available to specifiers.
The widest roll is available in every colour of the 3% range, so most blind widths can be railroaded without a seam-direction change.
Product range
Two openness factors from the same dip-coated construction. Both are supplied with full specification tables and SGS fire reports.
Roll length is 50 m at 1600 mm, 40 m at 2850 mm and 33 m at 3200 mm.

Fabric and care
The coating process decides how a fabric behaves at a cut edge and how it holds up after seasons of rolling and unrolling.

French M1 (NF P 92-503) and US NFPA 701 Method 2, tested by SGS.

Fabric notes
Practical notes for buyers comparing sunscreen fabric: what the numbers mean on a building, and what to ask a supplier for.

A specification sheet may list a European and a US fire standard at once. What each test measures, and what to ask a supplier for before a project is submitted for approval.

Two coating processes look similar on a sample card and behave differently on a building. What dip coating does to a fiberglass yarn, and how to check which one you are buying.
